The future’s bright… well, it’s a kind of morbid grey… we think.

Over the last couple of weeks, my employer were struck by the raging bull of redundancy, and as a result two colleagues I’ve worked with for 3 years are now unemployed.
A total of 5 people have now been made redundant, which is unsettling in itself, however, these actions are being echoed all around.. how long till our economy comes crashing down and we’re all out on the streets, taking comfort in cardboard boxes and half eating packets of crisps?
Almost everyone I know, knows someone else who is being or has been made redundant in the last month.
I heard on the radio the other night that the Royal Bank of England has reduced interest percentages.
I heard from a friend that he was warned by a financial adviser that house prices in the UK could drop by up to 30% in the next two years…
Clear signs that the economy is slowing…
I heard on the radio that we’re loosing around 4 meters of coast every year in the UK, and yet population in the UK is increasing faster that it ever has done before…
And on that note, here’s a sample of something I made the other day – just an ambient mood but suits the above pretty well!
